With over 12 years of diverse IT experience, I am a seasoned Delivery Manager and Test Manager known for delivering high-quality solutions through expert testing across a $1.5M portfolio. I am a leader in test design, test automation, software development, performance testing, network design, systems analysis, and system integration, with a proven track record in multi-platform environments. I am currently serving as a Delivery Manager and Test Manager at Tech Mahindra, where I oversee and lead the testing efforts for 8 QA teams. As a Test Automation Lead at Wawanesa Mutual Insurance Company, I contributed significantly to designing and developing automated smoke, functional, and end-to-end test scripts, supporting testing and software development in a fast-paced environment.
