Nazmul owned both the Immersion and Dry scanners, developed new functionalities for the scanners (such as new maginfication correction methods etc) to provide more than 90℅ machine availability and scrap free production. Nazmul led multiple projects in lithography to achieve Intel\'s 10nm, 7nm and 5nm product goal and Yield capacity. He reduced the rework rate of a technology node by 50% by improving the alignment. He reduced the tool down time by 10% by creating a new parameter disposition tool and a method.3. He created auto grid and elasticity file upload tool using the PERL which reduced the engineering time.4. He helped to achieve ISO certificate for the factory by creating auto email system for the failures, managing tool database and the statistical process charts.5. One of his focusing projects has improved the machine availability by 0.5% for the scanners across all the Intel factories (received Divisional award). He owns multiple critical layers across 7 nm, 5 nm and 3 nm technology nodes. As a layer owner, he recently fixed the integrated process of a technology node which improved the yield by 22 dies per wafer (received Divisional Award)
