Over 18 years of experience in the high-tech industry spanning Real Time Embedded Systems, Medical, Optical Sensing, Military and Commercial aircraft applications in various positions and roles. From Verification Engineer to the Sr. Program Manager, my career path brought me to travel overseas, work under difficult conditions and adapt/respect/understand different philosophies and cultures. My continuing education also contributed in achieving a strong level of professional maturity while dealing with a large spectrum of situations. Over the years, my project management expertise and collaborative style of working became predominant. Risk Management, Resource Management, Time Management, Strategic Planning, Process Improvement, SME have been my reality for the last few years.I brings a rich blend of technology and functional expertise attained during roles of increasing responsibilities and complexities in stints as –VLSI Engineer, Verification Engineer, Verification Lead, Project Lead and member of development teams in real time embedded systems and electronic product development. My functional expertise includes the area of Digital design, Implementation and Verification of ASICs, FPGAs and CPLDs. Proficient in Program Management (Traditional/Agile), Analysis, Design, Implementation, Verification, Board Debugging and feature enhancement of digital systems. My hands-on experience includes complete life cycle processes of DO-254 and EASA for Complex Electronic Hardware. Also has an exposure to AEH SOI#1, SOI#2, SOI#3 and SOI#4 audits.
