Quality and reliability are the key values that drive me as a Quality Assurance Engineer at BNY Mellon Wealth Management, where I test and validate software solutions for clients and stakeholders in the financial and banking domain. With over 8 years of experience in both manual and automation testing, I have developed a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to ensuring product quality. I am proficient in all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), using tools such as HP QTP/UFT, HP Quality Center/ALM, and JIRA. I am well-versed in Agile methodologies and actively involved in Agile ceremonies to drive collaboration and efficiency within cross-functional teams. I also possess a solid foundation in SQL and hands-on experience with automated testing tools, which enable me to perform complex queries and validations on databases. Additionally, I hold a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and Biochemistry from Long Island University, where I graduated with Cum Laude honors and received multiple awards for academic excellence. I am passionate about applying my knowledge and skills as a QA Engineer to enhance the functionality and usability of software applications in the financial and banking sector.
