As the Quality Manager for the JVML 5 MTPA expansion project, I am responsible for establishing and administering a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS). My role includes leading a team of multi disciplinary QC engineers, overseeing and coordinating the inspections of all disciplines involved in the project, ensuring adherence to our rigorous quality standards.My duties also encompass conducting regular audits to assess the efficiency and compliance of our practices, while identifying and mitigating any potential quality risks. The effective management of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) forms a critical part of this process.Furthermore, I am in charge of arranging and conducting quality-focused training sessions for our teams. These sessions ensure that every member understands and aligns with our quality objectives, thus enhancing overall project success.Additionally, we manage all testing processes and inspections related to the project, making sure they are accurately executed and results are documented properly.
