As a Chief Product Officer, I design AI-native products and software by translating messy human behavior into systems that actually work.My work focuses on understanding how people express intent in incomplete, emotional, and often contradictory ways and turning those signals into usable product and software models. I spend a lot of time studying user behavior, interaction patterns, and feedback loops to shape AI-powered experiences that feel natural, trustworthy, and valuable in practice.After years of working closely with machine learning and data analysis, my focus shifted toward product design and experimentation. I became more interested in how models and software systems are framed, evaluated, and guided through interaction than in the models themselves. Design, for me, is the mechanism that turns raw intelligence into usable software.I’m especially interested in the future of AI-powered interfaces, intelligent software systems, and the new product and revenue models they enable.
