As an Activity Lead at DAI, I spearhead the management of water security projects in fragile contexts, ensuring successful delivery of humanitarian-development-peace (HDP) outcomes. I lead a team of consultants, subcontractors, and sub-awardees, managing timelines and performance while adhering to USAID regulations. I also ensure project budgets are developed, tracked, and reported in alignment with the Finance and Grants Director, providing financial updates to USAID clients.With nearly 10 years of experience in global health and international development, I have a proven track record of leading business development and marketing efforts, gathering business intelligence, identifying and developing clients, partners, and contacts, supporting business capture and proposal development, and strategic networking and relationship building. I hold an MPH from Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health and a B.A. in International Relations and Pre-Medical Studies from the University of Miami.
