I’ve led system-wide initiatives that support leadership development, workforce equity, and talent pipeline growth- ranging from employee resource groups to scholarship and mentorship programs for underrepresented individuals pursuing careers in healthcare.My work blends strategy, operations, and equity-driven design. I’ve developed governance frameworks, managed multi-entity collaborations, overseen budgets, and driven cross-functional alignment to ensure long-term program sustainability and measurable impact. I’m passionate about building inclusive, people-centered programs that make a difference for individuals, organizations, and communities.
