Job Responsibilities:• Handling requirements for UK and EU(Netherlands, Switzerland, Poland, Finland, Sweden, etc) for skills of BC3, EBI, ADM, Mobility, Project Management and Business Analysis for all career groups up to C2.• Source profiles through Vendors, Portals, Social Media and Employee Referral.• Conducting interviews as per prescribed formats• Provide KT to new recruiters in the team• Manage the schedulers to ensure interviews happen on time and no schedule is missed• Carry out entire process online and ensure smooth onboarding experience• Maintain efficient Vendor network by involving them in business calls, providing timely feedback and screening their performance on a regular basis• Look for all possibilities to hire candidates successfully ensuring the legal requirements are met• Ensure hiring managers are well involved by sending weekly trackers and have regular connects and meetings.• Visited Campuses to support for interviews on campus hiring.
