Immuno-oncologist with over 12 years of experience in multi-scale characterization studies using Multi-color Flow cytometry and ELISA applications. • Extensive knowledge of solid cancers with expertise in developing, optimizing, and performing analytical assays.• Broad experience in analytical assay development using molecular biology and antibody-based immunoassays including Multi-color Flow cytometry, ELISA, qPCR, and Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS).• Independently planed, designed, and executed in vivo, ex vivo and in vitro studies in cancer immunotherapy.• Expert in mammalian cell culture and gene editing of primary cells, organoids and immortalized cancer cell lines.Core Competencies: • ELISA: Extensive experience with traditional ELISA and no-wash ELISA variations such as SPARCL assays for biomarker and cytokine characterization.• Flow-cytometry: Hands on experience using LSR-II (Becton Dickinson) and Novocyte (Agilent) instrument using multi-color flow cytometry panel. Experience with colon and Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC) diet based and orthotopic models.
