Essential Duties And Responsibilities • Manage budgets, including expenditures, return-on-investment and staffing activities for the Marketing team. • Well versed in analytics and reporting with the ability to test and make data-driven decisions for the company. • Work with the sales team to ensure communications are uniform and going out to the correct audience. • Create marketing strategies for improving customer sentiment through educational campaigns and value-added life-cycle messaging. • Direct, plan and coordinate all marketing activities for the region, including but not limited to, all digital media and as well as brand representation to ensure alignment across all platforms. • Responsible for ongoing reporting of all marketing activities through analytics as requested as well as providing regular updates and communications of marketing campaigns and activities to the organization. • Continual research to identify new opportunities for new leads, brand exposure, including assessments of competitors, economic conditions, and consumer trends. • Manage relationships with vendors and media contacts, including negotiation and continual evaluation of contracts and conditions to ensure maximum exposure and ROI. • Lead the marketing team to ensure maximum productivity through engagement and accountability. • Daily management of social media activities as well as weekly/monthly schedules.
