Monitor, analyze, and close/remediate the cases based on the analysis.* Follow the operational processes and procedures to respond, analyze, remediate, and esca- late the cases.* Working on multiple cases, like unauthorized VPN, Simultaneously VPN, CrowdStrike, Email analysis, Web Proxy, IOCs, etc. within the SLA.* Correlating and analyzing events using multiple Security solutions like SIEM, EDR, Email se- curity, and Proxy.* Hands-on experience in EDR-Crowdstrike to analyze the detection of any suspicious pro- cesses, files, and applications observed.* We connect to the host remotely to download the suspicious file from the file path and sub- mit it to Crowdstrike sandbox to get the report.*We contain the host machine If we find any suspicious processes, files, and applications ob- served in the host machine, and submit the Incident to the Leads for further investigation with DFIR team.* Working on email categorization using Solution Coffense Triage like Spam, Phishing, Inter- nal/External, or Crimeware.* Analysing phishing emails received by end users, collecting artifacts, and blocking the IOCs at security controls.* Document all the analysis, and actions in the cases and escalate to leads if needed for fur- ther investigation.* Working on recorded future alerts like Credential monitoring and domain name reposito- ries and acting accordingly if any NPI data or Credentials are exposed.* Incident response plan NIST.* Monitoring Tech-line, SOC box for any High-risk tech-line or Xmatter.* Respond to inbound requests like Xmatters, Work orders, Incidents, and other technical as- sistance.* Xmatter to SOC leads if any tool issues and no alerts are triggered within the duration.* Perform monthly evergreen reviews of the Runbooks as assigned.
