ABOUT NAZARIO LECHUGA

I design clear and intentional learning experiences grounded in human-centered principles. As an instructional designer, my focus is to translate complex information into clear and efficient chunks that improve employee performance and business results.​With over three years of experience in Government, Education, and Freelance, I have designed and developed effective learning experiences such as learning modules, job aids, curriculums, and syllabi, through a human-centered focus that improves business outcomes, utilizes the latest in evidence-based learning, and adult learning theory. I organize my work using various frameworks, including ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy, and Backwards Design.I have also been working on a passion project (Mimetic Order) that seeks to help writers improve their craft by using classical imitation practices such as copyworking. My goal is to help creative writers reach excellence.​I designed and self-published two books from the Douay-Rheims Bible: King David and The Book of Job.
