ABOUT NAZANIN GANJEHZADEH
I am a multidisciplinary architect/researcher passionate about the relationship between architectural design and human wellbeing. I focus on research that examines the influence of lighting on health, sleep, and circadian rhythms. Utilizing sensor-based technology, my work aims to understand how daily light exposure affects mood, cognitive performance, and overall health. Driven by the goal to shape the future of architectural designs, I advocate for spaces that align with and enhance our natural biological rhythms and overall wellbeing.
