Provided training to pharmacy staff for various pharmacy workflows and operations, including but not limited to: receiving prescriptions, data entry, production, ringing up customers, filling prescriptions, will-call maintenance, receiving orders, organizing medicine on the shelf by category, removing outdates, receiving phone calls.
