As the Employee Experience Manager, I own the strategy and execution of programs that shape how employees connect, feel recognized, and experience StackAdapt\'s unique culture, as a remote-first, global organization. My work spans internal employee events, recognition, and social impact initiatives, with a strong focus on inclusion, equity, and meaningful participation.I lead the end-to-end planning for internal and community events globally, managing strategy, budgets, vendors, and execution for both virtual and in-person experiences. I also oversee employee recognition programs and support our virtual work culture and as well as the experience at our physical collaboration hubs.What drives my work is building experiences that make it easier for people to connect, feel recognized, and show up as themselves.
