My role is to ensure the streamlined operation of the IT group in alignment with the business objectives of the organization. And plan, coordinate, direct, and design IT-related activities of the organization, as well as provide administrative direction and support for daily operational activities of the IT group. Also I Manage to work with peers and upper management on a daily basis to ensure the proper flow of communication is established and maintained. Develops and maintains technology policies, standards and procedures manual; develops and maintains related technology checklists. Ensures proper security measures have been evaluated and implemented as indicated by company policy and/or best industry practices. Translates user needs into system requirements with demonstrated skill in presenting information in an effective and understandable manner. Builds and maintains vendor relationships required for hardware/software support. Works with project teams to support and enhance the organizations custom designed application.
