Responsibilities: Contribute to the ideation process by sharing ideas, offer execution thoughts, and vetting ideas from a production standpoint Develop concepted ideas into a production framework that is inclusive of timing, budget, talent, and vendor estimates Develop an ongoing network of diverse creative talent Stay up-to-date on marketing, social media and content technologies in the marketplace Maintain a clear understanding of creative best practices for video, social media, mobile devices and the internet. Identify and deliver the briefing/inspiration/information/circumstance our creative partners require to do their best work. Be conscious of brand values that need to be expressed in the work. You need to understand this and have the work express it effectively Oversees and manages production budget through Project Management and Account Management strategies Oversees and manage reconciliation for all events and signs off all on vendor invoices, as well as negotiates large scale contracts with vendors and venues Creates production workflow policy and procedures while utilizing and tracking bandwidth & workload for each Creative Oversees relationships with outside creative agencies Oversees production calendars and provides creative direction for all creative projects, flagging potential issues and ensuring team is able to meet various deadlines Facilitates all Ad Sales & Integrated Marketing tentpoles, activations & branded content Develops existing relationships and builds new relationships with a number of local and national vendors in order to secure favorable rates and products.
