Along the way, I\'ve honed my skills in channel strategy, content creation, employee engagement, and leadership communications, always seeking out fresh perspectives and innovative approaches.One of my proudest achievements is spearheading a year-long virtual weekly event series that brought together leaders and employees to share their career journeys—a testament to my belief in the power of storytelling to inspire change.I’m an Associate Certified Coach with ICF, and Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner, getting my thrills and deep satisfaction from partnering with clients and leaders as they reflect on, invite and design change for their personal and professional advancement.Outside of the corporate world, I\'m a passionate advocate for personal growth and development, serving as a mentor and leader in Toastmasters and leveraging my public speaking skills to amplify voices and spark meaningful dialogue.Whether I\'m crafting compelling narratives or coaching individuals through transformative change, I\'m driven by a singular passion: to empower others to embrace new possibilities and chart their own path to success.
