I believe the most important aspect of Product Management is \'Empathy\'. If you can empathize with your consumers with their rationality and irrationality, & understand the linear and non-linear relation between their behavior and product, you can make something great. My career choices were a result of my keen interest in building something right for the consumer. Previously I have worked as a marketer, deciphering user persona, enabling brand communication. Before launching the Bulletin, I have worked for an Enterprise product, enabling consultants to create their business cases. My journey has been enabled by my interest and understanding of consumer behavior combined with Analytics. We launched Bulletin, with an objective to bridge the gap of content creators and consumers in the vernacular market of Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. Outside of work, I often find myself indulged in reading, attending webinars, courses, and writing.
