   Design, implementation and operationalize an MDM solution for our client. Develop and define the data intake layer, the integration hub, the MDM layer which houses the mastering and Review process. Also responsible for creating a Post MDM layer to form a publishing layer. The Entities we usually created was a single point of reference for Physician, Hospital and Payer Data Part of the MDM POD, who act as single point of contact to provide point of view of implementing MDM in their projects. Have worked on various other initiatives to create various MDM products for life sciences. establish a data quality COE to for the enterprise data in Florida blue. The COE involved building data quality mappings to monitor all enterprise systems. We helped them root cause all existing issues and create a remediation plan for the same. Increase the HEDIS and STAR ratings so as to increase the bonus payout received. The project involved working with a lot of PHI data and adhering to compliance to mask important PHI/PII data.
