My journey in the field began with a rigorous internship at a government medical college in Nagpur, where I gained valuable hands-on experience in healthcare delivery.*Internship at Government Medical College & Hospital, Nagpur* 1. These experiences equipped me with strong project management skills, adept data analysis capabilities, and effective stakeholder engagement strategies. In my most recent role with the WHO India Hypertension Control Initiative, I served as a Senior Treatment Supervisor in the Gadchiroli district. Here, I achieved top-ranking results in the hypertension registration rate, follow-up rate, and hypertension control rate in Maharashtra state, demonstrating my ability to drive impactful outcomes even in challenging environments. I am driven by a deep passion for community health and thrive in dynamic, goal-oriented settings. My proven track record of setting and surpassing targets underscores my commitment to making a tangible difference in public health outcomes. Currently pursuing an MPH from Azim Premji University, Bhopal. Understand the theory of public health concepts and the practical approaches at the ground level.
