   Leading a cross-disciplinary team of 7 in the research and design of an open-source Computer Vision plus GenAI powered Heads Up Display (HUD) based XR operating system for industrial applications. • Led interaction design for \"Ask BX,\" the AI copilot for Siemens’ BuildingX’s portfolio of 12 Building Management System (BMS) products.• For Siemens’ BuildingX, directed a data-driven inclusion of building-asset schedules, audit logs, and fault diagnostics.• Introduced Human Digital Twin (HDT) based AI accessibility testing framework resulting in 72% faster recognition of up to 60% vulnerabilities in SAAS experiences. • Developed the Siemens XR Design System, a Figma and Unity-based library with 200+ components, implemented across 6+ Siemens Industrial Metaverse products.• Invented \"Experience Architecture\" mapping framework (patent-pending) for Innomotics, enabling stakeholders to identify and eliminate redundancies in ecosystems that hosts over 20 products. • Engineered the \"XR Interface Dev Bot\", a GenAI Unity plugin deployed in 4 Unity projects, automating up to 60% of XR UI development and accelerating manual implementations by 3X. • Co-authored the Siemens Industrial Metaverse Architecture Vision document, outlining the strategic framework for Digital Twin based XR applications.
