Responsible for monthly analysis of incidents at each residence engineers site locations. ISO 9001:2008 System Management as a Management Representative. Co-ordination with vendor for hardware / software support. Finding rates of various IT products and negotiating with vendors for best purchase. Responsible for support engineers material requisition arranging material with in time dispatch. Responsible for sending faulty under warranty material to respective OEM vendors. Complete responsibility of stock maintenance and purchases of all IT assets including CCTV and other security devices.
