Over 16 years experience of Materials Engineering, Production Engineering, Quality Assurance Management, Health and Safety Management. All quality matters including ISO/AS certification and maintenance. Liaison with customers and suppliers’ representatives on matters pertaining to the quality of products supplied or delivered to them. Inspecting and examining materials with great knowledge of component inventory and specifications Statistical Analysis of Manufacturing Data Quality Cost Proposals Reviewing customer quality requirements and preparing estimates of manpower and material requirements. Great ability to identify, analyze and solve problems, recording, researching gathering information Experience with component data sheet and reading schematic/ drawing. Strong ability to suggest corrections for manufacturing defects in the products Preparation of Quality Plans, when required by contract, detailing type, degree, frequency and method of inspection, testing, and monitoring required to assure quality. Identifying training requirements to ensure Quality Assurance personnel are in full compliance with all standards and regulations pertaining to their work Monitoring progress or process, with fully knowledge of scheduling processes and procedures Excellent knowledge of 5S Implementation Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with sound attention to detail Excellent knowledge of IPC standards for Soldered electrical and electronic assemblies Excellent Knowledge of ISO Quality standards Good understanding of Core Tools (SPC, FMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, P Flow, Gauge R&R, ….etc) Excellent knowledge of IMDS (International Materials Data Sheets). Excellent computer skill with MS Office and Auto CAD 2010,2011 Planning, goal setting, speaking to groups and creating new ideas
