My background includes extensive experience in product development, maintenance, and implementation, as well as system integration and solution design.Throughout my career, I have excelled in mapping business requirements, system requirements, and enhancing customer experience. I have a passion for process design, integration, and optimization, ensuring efficient and streamlined operations.Over the past 10 years, I have transitioned to focus on enterprise architecture and digital transformation within OpCos. I am currently a part of the Ericsson Digital Transformation team, driving the digital evolution of organizations. Concurrently, I have continued practicing wellness and life coaching, leveraging my expertise to guide individuals towards holistic well-being and personal growth.I have had the privilege of working with esteemed service providers globally, including Vodafone Spain, Level 3 Communications, British Telecom, Cable and Wireless, Telstra, Aircel, Telenor Myanmar, and Grameenphone. In this capacity, I have facilitated regular reviews to gather valuable feedback on the functionality to be developed, employing an Agile methodology to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.Additionally, I have been actively involved in a Cultural Transformation journey, serving as a dedicated coach and leading various sessions focused on company culture and people transformation.
