Leading a team of (10 employees) direct reports, overseeing their day-to-day activities,providing guidance, and fostering a collaborative work environment.Setting clear goals and expectations for the team, aligned with organizational objectivesDevelop and implement effective strategies, workflows, and processes to streamlineoperations.Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, share best practices and address challenges.Provide ongoing coaching, feedback to team members to enhance their skills, performance, and professional development.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.Monitor team performance and implemented performance improvementinitiatives to enhance productivity and quality.Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns, ensuring satisfaction,and maintaining strong relationships with the stakeholders.Ensure all Monthly/Quarterly deliverables are sent to the clients with no impact on SLAs.Manage end to end Transfer Agency Finance functions including Reconciliations,Payments, Settlements, Distributions, Rebates and Reporting for Securities Servicesand Transfer Agency products catered for Mutual Fund, Hedge Fund.Ensure payments/transfers are done for Subscription, Redemption, Dividends,Commission, Creation, Liquidation before currency cut-off and ensure all reconciliationbreaks are investigated and resolved in timely mannerOversight Transfer Agency Operational functions including Dealing, Registration andInvestor ServicesEnsure appropriate segregation of duties, proper process controls and successionplanning are in placeDrives External and Internal audit, identify opportunities for process improvement andmitigate risks in close co-ordination with Non-Financial Risk teams/function.Review SOPs, BCP testing, lead work allocation, prepare KPI and MIS Reports.•Assist and support Supervisors on new Fund Set ups and migrations across existingclients and new clients along with system updates.
