As a Senior Scientist in the R&D department, my responsibilities include overseeing short, medium, and long-term programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, and building formulation platforms for health and nutrition products. I work collaboratively with R&D functional business partners to establish strong partnerships that enable us to champion sustainability and partnership initiatives. My expertise lies in polymers and formulations, and I am passionate about using my knowledge to inspire and manage teams across different disciplines. I refine products by aligning them with sensory and consumer-driven insights. Overall, my goal is to drive innovation and growth within Reckitt by leading a successful R&D program that consistently delivers high-quality products that improve the lives of our consumers.
