Provides support in the areas of immigration Creating, updating, tracking, and reporting on Visa information via spreadsheets (Excel)Maintains appropriate documentation relating to visas, petitions, and other information related to the employment-based immigration process. Monitor critical dates related to employees\' immigration cases to ensure timely management of their cases and ensure business needs are met. Communicate via phone, or email to employees about immigration matters Manages I9 expirations and work authorization expirations Maintenance of compliant I-9 and E-Verify records for all employees. Providing I-983’s to employees for STEM and client changes. Participate in the processing of CAP season requests. Working on filing new H1b’s, H1B Amendments, and H1B extensions. PERM / I -140 Perm Audits. Handling RFE\'s Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills. Able to demonstrate complete discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information. A team player that can adapt to the fast-paced and ever-changing environment, and work collaboratively with other departments and managers at all levels within the company. Ability to be resourceful and take initiative to seek internal and external resources when problem-solving. Strong oral and written communication; able to communicate effectively. Support development and review of employee handbooks, company policies, offer letters, and other employment-related items. Respond to questions from candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and outside counsel in a timely, professional manner.
