As I am currently working as a Europe Technical HR Recruiter. My role is sourcing the candidates through wisestep (ATS) and handling the candidates calls, giving the information about JD and taking the candidates details and submitting.Responsible for contract, contract for Employment(FTC) or full time (FTE) placements of IT or Non IT professionals in the UK/EU. Information Technology and Non-Technical roles including sourcing through different strategies Internet searches-Screening and interviewing candidatesRate negotiation, interview coordinationclient coordination, candidate selection offer negotiationperformed reference checks and follow up with the candidates till on-boarding.Working for Different IT and Support and sometimes working for Non IT RolesUsing portals Linkedin and ATS and Jobserve and CW Jobs Monster.Key Responsibilities1) Understanding the Job description and doing Job posting on all platforms. 2) Sourcing from different job portals and then screening the profiles on daily basis as per the role assigned by the Client Manager.3) Submit relevant profiles in the required client tracker format with all the details of the candidate to the Client Manager on daily. 4) Timely reporting for the work done.
