ABOUT NAVRANG SAI

I am a student driven by curiosity, structure, and a deep appreciation for how numbers explain the real world. I have always been drawn to subjects that reward logic and precision, particularly mathematics, economics, and accounting, because they allow me to break complex problems into clear, solvable parts. I enjoy working in spaces where reasoning matters more than memorization and where effort directly translates into understanding.Alongside academics, music has played a defining role in my life. Trained in Indian classical vocals since the age of five, I also play the tabla, harmonium, guitar, keyboard, and dholak, and I actively explore music production. Performing on stage, recording in studios, and creating content online have helped me develop confidence, discipline, and creativity, qualities that carry strongly into my academic and leadership roles.I have represented my schools across academics, public speaking, music, and leadership, earning recognition at events such as the World Scholar’s Cup, multiple Model United Nations conferences, national and zonal-level mathematics Olympiads, interschool music and band competitions, and research conferences where I presented work on AI and neurodiversity. I have also served as a class representative, house captain, school prefect, head of media, and master of ceremonies for numerous events, experiences that strengthened my ability to communicate clearly and lead responsibly.Beyond school, I am passionate about using skills for impact. I have been involved in community service through initiatives such as medical kit distribution, clothes drives with NGOs, awareness campaigns on neurodiversity, and fundraising efforts. In 2026, I built an AI-based platform that evaluates IGCSE and A Level answers, combining my interest in education, technology, and analytical problem-solving.I am currently focused on pursuing a future in mathematics-driven fields, particularly actuarial science, economics, and finance, where analytical thinking, statistical reasoning, and ethical decision-making intersect. I enjoy learning deeply, building meaningful projects, and contributing in ways that create both intellectual and social value.
