With extensive experience as a sales agent and trainer, Navod has held various roles in consulting, corporate, startups, and entrepreneurship.Currently, Navod serves as the Training and Development Manager at Wheelhouse Enterprises, where he oversees sales lead and demand generation, business development, and project management. In his previous role as a Hiring Consultant at Mobiglotech BPO, Navod utilized his expertise in pre-recognizing potential employees to help the startup select the right candidates.Earlier in his career, Navod worked as a travel agent at TravelCenter UK (AKA Moresand), where he assisted UK-based passengers with booking flights, accommodation, and tour packages. Navod\'s entrepreneurial spirit led him to start a Juice Bar and Cafe in Negombo, which received a 4.5 rating on Tripadvisor. Born in a remote area of Sri Lanka, Navod currently resides in Colombo.
