Developed Dispute Handling, Driver & User Cancellations, Coupon System Revamp, Geofencing with Geospatial Indexes, and led the Firebase migration activity. Currently automating B2B driver payouts along with Client/Driver Pricing. Scaled to rides per month.2. AI-Powered Chatbot: Collaborated with Google to build a chatbot for Buy, Finance, and FAQ journeys, integrating Dialogflow and Gemini-powered fallbacks. User Management System (UMS): Developed a central authentication system to replace multiple existing solutions (Pvt Product, Okta, Descope).
