Key components of my role include:ERP Implementation & Training:Lead the implementation of ERP systems across seven Asian countries, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.Provide comprehensive training sessions to team members in each country, ensuring proficiency in ERP system usage.Travel to different countries to assess processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes for optimization.Process Improvement:Continuously assess processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.Develop and implement process improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.ERP Utilization & Support:Drive ERP product adoption and ensure its effective utilization across all departments and locations.Provide ongoing support to users, troubleshooting issues, and addressing concerns promptly to minimize disruptions.Vendor Management:Research and evaluate ERP solutions and vendors, including conducting demos and negotiating contracts.Finalize vendor selection based on organizational requirements and objectives.Team Management:Manage a diverse team of 7-8 members spread across different countries, providing leadership, guidance, and support.Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.New Solution Exploration:Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in ERP systems.Identify and evaluate new solutions to meet evolving business needs, conducting thorough research and vendor assessments.
