Support MES/LIMS integration, batch traceability, maintenance planning, and quality assurance workflows. • Project & Delivery Management: Serve as PM and SCM Lead, overseeing blueprinting, cutover planning, and go-lives. Manage delivery risks, change controls, and hypercare stabilization post-deployment. • MDM Leadership: Design data migration strategies, Implement 2-way interfaces with Level 2 systems, MES, and XML-based middleware. • Solution Architecture & Integration: Architect multi-site rollouts with a focus on interface design (IDoc, Web Services, XML) and template standardization. • Team Leadership & Capability Building: Lead cross-functional teams of 20-100+ consultants across global locations.Key Achievements: • Delivered >95% Fit-to-Standard adoption in cloud deployments • Achieved 98%+ data migration accuracy with zero critical post-go-live issues • Reduced unplanned downtime by 30% using predictive maintenance workflows.
