Completed the ISMS IA Training. Getting audits done for the process. Subject matter expert for Bespoke customers. Maintain and improve NES (Net easy score) for the department. Part of Quality focus group and identify area of improvement and come up with an action plan. Handling Innovation projects to improve process. Certified Internal Auditor. Completed the ISMS IA Training. Getting audits done for the process. Updating documentation of procedures and processes in NIMBUS. Train the new team members in the team.
