Responsible for brake system sizing calculations, packaging and design and development of 3W-EV passenger and commercial vehicles- Brake system sizing calculations and packaging for new projects as per vehicle requirements for caliper, disc, drum brakes, pedal and pedal box, actuations systems (booster and tandem master cylinder), parking brake system, bundy and hose routing- Supplier technical feasibility discussions and design packaging completion for all brake related components- Facilitate all design releases for all brake components on time as per the project schedule- DVP & R discussion and agreement with suppliers for all applicable components and new projects- Failure analysis and solutions related to brake system and components- Resolution of validation related incident reports and ensure timely closure- RCA fishbone diagram and 8D analysis of all validation and field related failures- DFMEA updates for the brake system
