As a Human resources Expert, I consider it my mission to enable people to achieve what they desire by giving them an environment that fosters growth. It makes me glad that people are finally realizing the value of the department. My job is to find great people and then find them great jobs. My expertise lies in not merely matching skills to job requirements but to gauge the professional and personal capacities of the employee or the potential employee. I match aptitudes, attitudes, personality and then put forth my input if the person will be the right fit for the organization or not. Businesses never run on mere strategies but people who make them and people who work towards them. A well appreciated employee will prove to be more productive for the organization and will put his best foot forward at work every day. It thus becomes important to recognize the right motivational factors for your workforce which I do with dexterity and professional skill.I am an insightful recruiter who is passionate about the field. I absolutely love my job. So far, I have been instrumental in effective talent management, leadership development, performance evaluation and management, change management and creating an engaging atmosphere in the esteemed organizations that I have associated myself with. My experience spans for 4yrs across varied industries as education, immigration and more. My previous academic background gives me an edge over other recruiters because I make it a point to understand the organization’s mindset and financials before matching people to the jobs. So far, the people I have hired have proved to be productive and efficient in their respective goals and I have been able to create a joyous and highly motivated work environment wherever I have worked which I consider to be my greatest achievement.
