About Navjot Singh
I lead with purpose, structure, and curiosity in all initiatives, whether I\'m building out a PMO from scratch, aligning stakeholders around complex initiatives, or helping teams do their best work in fast-changing environments.Right now, I head the PMO at Tides, where I’ve scaled enterprise project delivery, introduced reporting and governance frameworks, and brought clarity to transformation efforts across the organization. Before that, I led a global team at Sana Commerce (7 direct reports, 30+ project contributors), and helped clients rethink what’s possible as a consultant at Navigant while asking tough questions and challenging the status quo. My time at Mind Gym expanded my view into Learning & Development and what it means to design experiences that shift behavior and build culture.I thrive at the intersection of people, process, and purpose, and I am especially energized by work that requires building systems that scale, navigating ambiguity, and making change stick in ways that matter.
