Total (Project value $800 Million)— BART Battery Replacement Project: Phase 3. Project includes replacement of train control battery systems, HVAC controls, and supporting infrastructure for 21 jobsite locations all over the SF Bay Area. — Development and implementation of project-specific Quality Management Plan. — Development of Testing & Commissioning Plan & ITP (Inspection and Test Plan). — Management of field testing, material receiving, and Nonconformance Reporting— Development of management plans such as Project Management Plan, Risk Management, Logistics, and Document Management. — Oversaw project closeout such as drawing redlines/as-builts, QC records, and field testing. — Execution of audits, Document quality reviews, and Quality Training.
