As an IT Associate with experience in computer hardware and software, I am committed to providing exceptional customer service and technical support. I recently completed a Computer System Technician Software Engineering program at Sheridan College, where I achieved an overall 3.7 GPA and gained hands-on experience in Java, C#, SQL, web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, SQL), Linux/Unix, networking, database structure, mobile web-based development, and IT project management.In my most recent position as a Computer Technician and Customer Service Representative at SK Computer, I utilized my advanced troubleshooting skills to repair laptops and computers, and documented customer inquiries to translate their needs into service tickets. I collaborated on customer experience projects, including developing charters and creating loyalty reward programs, and communicated effectively with colleagues in different departments to improve customer satisfaction and facility performance. I also managed accounts, attended calls, and responded to emails, and organized a virtual filing system that boosted efficiency by 18%.In addition to my technical skills, I have strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and experience with virtualization technologies, cloud computing platforms, and Microsoft Office 365.
