I am currently working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, with hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for IT roles. My responsibilities include understanding hiring requirements, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating and conducting interviews, managing offer processes, and supporting onboarding activities.In my role, I actively source candidates through multiple channels such as LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals. I collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure timely delivery of quality talent and a smooth recruitment experience for both candidates and stakeholders.This experience has strengthened my communication, coordination, and candidate engagement skills. I am passionate about identifying the right talent, building strong professional relationships, and contributing to organizational growth through effective hiring practices.With a strong interest in IT hiring, talent acquisition strategy, and workforce planning, I aim to continuously grow as an HR professional and create meaningful impact for both people and organizations.
