I have over 19 years of experience in the IT industry. I began my career in 2007 with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) as a fresher, where I spent 15 years delivering technology solutions across multiple domains, including Retail, Finance, Banking, and Hospitality. During my tenure at TCS, I had the opportunity to work onsite in the United Kingdom for eight years, engaging directly with clients. This exposure enabled me to develop a deep understanding of business processes—from granular operational details to enterprise-scale architecture. I progressed from a Developer role, working extensively with Microsoft technologies such as.NET.NET Core, MS SQL Server, and Microsoft Azure, to taking on broader responsibilities across solution delivery and client engagement. In June 2022, I transitioned to PepsiCo, joining as Deputy Director, serving as Cloud Delivery Owner for AMESA, APAC, Europe, Global, and Ireland regions. In 2025, I was promoted to Associate Director, with expanded responsibilities covering both cloud initiatives and legacy messaging technologies, including TIBCO, MQ, and Kafka-based platforms. In my current role, I lead and drive programs across Product Management, Automation, Governance, Leadership, and Technology Strategy, focusing on scalable, resilient, and business-aligned enterprise solutions.
