Coordinated with 6 different Course Reps representing four programs to develop a strong link between the department and the students. Noted down and represented the concerns raised by more than 100 students to the department. Conducted surveys and interviews with multiple students to understand their academic aspirations before and after joining the program. Wrote extensive reports of the feedback shared by students and presented it to the department and senior faculties. Assisted international students in gaining a faster access to the varied services offered by the university by signposting them to the appropriate channels. Notified students about various types of academic and career building opportunities, sessions whenever and wherever possible. I won the Award for the \"Best Student Academic Rep of the Year\" twice while executing my duties in this role. The first was won at the Business School level followed by the second one at the Overall University level.
