Over 19 years of my career with diverse work experience, I have always wanted to be helping others shape their career. When I got the right opportunity to work for a Recruiting/Staffing firm way back in 2005, it was a dream come true for me. Felt like my past experiences was just the perfect mix to take up this career. Ever since, I have been thru various phase of the recruiting/staffing world and today, I head the in Country and Global operations for Aleron and SDI.Aleron is a leader in talent workforce management and outsourcing services. Our brands include Acara Solutions, Broadleaf Results, Talentrise, Lume Strategies, SDI and Viaduct. Our teams and affiliates work throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico and 10 other countries in Asia, EMEA and South America.Founded in 1957, we focus on the agile delivery of people, process, and project outsourcing solutions. Our talent solutions deliver qualified talent through staff augmentation, direct placement services, and executive recruitment. Our proactive process solutions include managed service programs, recruitment process outsourcing, vendor management systems, independent contractor compliance programs, and supply chain management. Finally, our project outsourcing services include the management and delivery of CAD services, equipment training, IT services, and HR projects.With a lot evolving in the way we all find talent today, I have been working with my peers and industry leaders to be up to date and make the difference in the way we recruit and identify talent for our clients and for our own requirements.
