About Navin Anthur
My name is Navin Anthur and I am currently associated with Salesforce as a Documentation Manager. My functional exposure includes expertise in end-to-end Project Management and Technical Documentation. I have rich experience in providing process solutions and advice on how to turn business requirements into strategic assets that increase productivity. I have been instrumental in documenting technical releases by reviewing product road maps and interacting with cross functional teams. My ability to excel with designing processes, interacting with overseas counterparts, and IT documentation sets me apart from others. I use my technical know-how to ensure greater effectiveness and project excellence and have been steadfast in writing manuals and user guides, securing customer loyalty. I have successfully handled over 20 documentation projects as a Project Manager/Lead across various lines of business such as peripherals, consumer desktops, storage, racks and consoles. I also possess strong leadership and excellent relationship management skills with proven ability to co-ordinate with people across functions to maximize productivity.My interests include reading about International Market trends and keeping abreast of new innovations and technologies. I am a Certified Project Management Professional and have consistently performed thus receiving several awards including an award of merit for two documents from the Society of Technical Communication and a Bronze award for working with regional e-support teams to resolve documentation issues on the Dell support website.
