Handle and resolve a wide range of customer complaints by providing timely technical support and solutions. • Coordinate with suppliers and third party partners to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. • Perform flashing, coding, and LIN communication troubleshooting for automotive systems. • Analyze trace logs to identify error frames, communication failures, and network connectivity issues. • Ensure immediate resolution of bus communication problems and escalate critical issues when necessary. • Report anomalies to clients and maintain clear, structured documentation for all findings. • Contribute to the maturity and quality of Service Delivery by following established processes and best practices. • Conduct testing on vehicles, HIL stations, remote setups, CANmobile stations, and charging setups as required. • Diagnose issues encountered during charging and document findings using relevant test tools. • Perform first level analysis of communication problems and system malfunctions. • Execute acceptance tests and track failures using KPM (VW Tool). • Collaborate with the Requirements team to review current baselines and clarify open questions. • Modify test cases when needed and evaluate vehicle trace data for relevant signal usage in Jira (XRAY). • Review documentation, validate test case scenarios, and support the Testing team with proper test methodologies. • Provide clarification to both Requirements and Testing teams to ensure alignment and accuracy. • Perform manual adjustments on vehicles to address ECU performance issues (e.g, verifying HCP4 video input signals). • Analyze traces, create Jira tickets, document issues thoroughly, and coordinate the resolution process with suppliers. • Oversee and organize the full issue tracking workflow from identification to final closure.
