ABOUT NAVI MANN

I’m an ex co-founder who loves creating engaged communities, end to end user experience and growth hacking. Managing two start-ups, I have had the opportunity to wear many hats including Head of Marketing, Head of Community, Creative Director, COO, Head of Talent to name a few. This exposure to cross disciplinary functions coupled with my six years of experience in working in corporate finance; I enjoy solving problems with my unique perspective that looks at the big picture. I particularly enjoy specializing in growing channel partners, engaging user base, and creating super-fans. Some of my recent achievements include- Created a community from 0 to developers in fourteen months with a shoe-string marketing budget- Created a social media strategy. Iterated on different platforms with messaging, design and CTAs- Created channel partners across the bootcamp sector in North America with an aligned interest in outcomes- Iterated on existing programs and created new programs for growing community- Created the first-ever virtual conference dedicated to the coding bootcamp world with attendees.
