   Successfully undertook a 6-unit ground-up development project, taking full ownership from inception to completion.· Oversaw all aspects of the project, including plumbing, electrical, grading, planning, engineering, architecture, tile work, painting, cabinets, stucco, and landscaping.· Ensured strict compliance with building codes, approved plans, and passed inspections.
