In this role, I support the CEO of Inspire Dallas and the client (CES) in managing the full delivery process—from design through construction—ensuring the project remains aligned with the City’s vision, budget, and schedule. The project is being delivered through a multi-phase CMAR (Construction Manager at Risk) approach, utilizing multiple GMPs to manage cost and risk effectively. I lead collaboration between the engineering and construction teams, facilitate strategic decision-making, and proactively manage risks to drive progress across all phases of the program.I work closely with key delivery partners, including Amplify Dallas (the design team led by Perkins & Will) and Trinity Alliance (the CMAR team led by Turner and AECOM). My responsibilities include driving cross-functional coordination, resolving complex project challenges, and maintaining clear, consistent communication among all stakeholders. I also manage and coordinate the efforts of more than 22 sub subconsultants, and subject matter experts (SMEs), ensuring alignment across disciplines and timely delivery of critical services. Additionally, I collaborate with external agencies such as DART, TxDOT, UPRR, FAA, and FIFA (IBC Centre) to ensure regulatory compliance, stakeholders alignment, and smooth project execution.
